Voice of the Ill or Messianic Message?

Caroline is home sick today, so I must baby her and bring her all the varieties of kleenex and juices. This may interfere with my usual procrastination, so I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'll be monitored and may need to get some actual work done. Plus one of her excuses was that she didn't have any clean pants, except the ones that would require high heel accompaniment.

In all honesty, my wife is amazing. She works full time and goes to school in the evening for her MBA. I can't remember her missing a day of work in the last five years.

So, I wonder if it's a sign. Maybe, I should take the day off and just read or something. Is that a possibility? Is it a sign that everyone should take the day off? I'm thinking the answer is yes.
